I've always been deeply curious about Life's Purpose. That curiosity has guided me through travel, movement, dance, adventure, healing and decades of spiritual inquiry and personal transformation.

Working with people through bodywork taught me to perceive what often remains unspoken.

Transformational Coaching engages deep listening, intuition, presence, transformational inquiry and more, in service of women ready for continued evolution.
