Cancellation Policy

A deposit is necessary to hold your session. Refunds are happily given when you notify us four hours prior to a scheduled appointment. Otherwise, we charge 50% of the treatment fee due to the inability to fill that vacancy and to pay the therapists for reserving that appt. time for you. No-shows will be charged in full for the same reasons as above. Mahalo for your consideration and understanding.
